    Maintenance of our data centers Germany-Central including our streaming and VPN services and our RDP Gateway services.

    Our VPN devices are restarted at least once during the maintenance.

    Affected data centers: Germany-Central (check your system data to check which data center you are using: https://help.oneclick-cloud.com/en/doc/problem-solutions/systemdata/)

    Affected services: oneclick streaming, oneclick RDP Gateway, VPN-Connections

    During the maintenance customers can experience disconnects of their streaming and gateway sessions as well as their VPN connections. VPN connections will automatically be reinitiated by oneclick after the maintenance.

    This incident has been resolved.

    The reason for the incident was a temporary disruption to our server environment.

    This was caused by an unintentional change to internal network settings. As a result, systems were only accessible to a limited extent for around two hours.

    Your data and applications remained secure at all times. Normal operation has been fully restored, and preventive measures have been implemented.

    We appreciate your understanding.

    We further identified possible causes and startet to implement fixes. Progress is ongoing and we will soon give more updates.

    We are currently investigating reports that our main website, oneclick.services, is returning intermittent 503 Service Unavailable errors for some users. Our engineering team is actively working to identify the cause and restore full availability as soon as possible.
