    On 5 November 2026, between 9:12 am and 9:16 am CET, some logins and app starts on the oneclick™ Platform failed. The cause was an interruption of the internal network in one of our data centers. The connection was restored within a few minutes, and the platform has been running normally since 9:16 am CET.
