    Dear oneclick™ User

On 18th of September 2025 we will migrate our oneclick™ core (oneclick.services) and our data center Netherlands/Eemshaven to new servers to improve the performance of our platform services.

During this migration, the oneclick™ platform at https://oneclick.services/ will be unavailable from 6.00pm to 12pm on 18th of September 2025 (UTC+2). Please consider this downtime in your planning and operations.

During the migration, our IP addresses will change. As a result, you may need to take certain actions to ensure that your systems remain accessible!

For details, please refer to our documentation: Whitelisting oneclick™ IP addresses

Is your cloud infrastructure “Managed by oneclick™”?

In that case, our support team will take care of whitelisting access to your target systems in the cloud (Step 2).

    ACTION REQUIRED:

If you manage your infrastructure yourself, you must take the following measures by September 18, 2025:

    1. Whitelist for outbound traffic: *.oneclick.services

If you use restrictive outbound rules in your networks, whitelist our new IP addresses. If you whitelisted the old IP addresses, please also whitelist our new IP addresses:

      1. Old IP addresses (valid until Sept 18, 2025):

        35.204.150.13 und 35.204.190.65

      2. New IP addresses (effective from Sept 19, 2025):

        168.119.21.4

    2. Data center (streaming cluster) Netherlands - Eemshaven:
Not sure which data center you use? Check your system data.

Allow access from our new data center to your target systems. Allow all protocols used, e.g. port 3389 TCP for RDP access, in all firewalls used (NSGs in cloud environments, perimeter firewalls, Windows Firewall, etc.):

      1. Old IP address (valid until Sept 18, 2025):

        35.204.243.120

      2. New IP address (effective from Sept 19, 2025):

        168.119.21.5

    3. VPN connection between your network and oneclick™

If you have configured a VPN connection to oneclick™, our support team will contact you directly.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team at:

    support@oneclick-cloud.com

Thank you for using oneclick™ services.
