We are planning a scheduled maintenance on 14th of April between 22pm and 2am (15th of April). During that time we will update and restart some services on our platform which might result in short disconnects or some delay on our platform. Customer Infrastructure is not affected.
There is a bug that comes from the Microsoft (MS) Edge browser but only appears sporadically. If you notice any unusual behavior, we recommend to use the Google Chrome browser instead of the MS Edge browser.
Periodic installation of windows updates on multi-user-packages (VDI) with active managed service: During the maintenance period target systems might get restarted which might affect the availability including a short downtime.
Software-Update of third party software of our partner G&W will take place (California.Pro and BIM2AVA). Please allow updates by disconnecting your sessions before the maintenance period. During the maintenance the system might get restarted which might affect availability. Please note: You might need a separate maintenance contract for third party updates.
We are planning for a scheduled maintenance during that time tonight where we plan to restart some services. This includes a short downtime of approximately a few minutes of our services. We estimate the downtime to be not longer than 15 minutes.
