    The cloud provider Exoscale is planning for a scheduled maintenance during that time.

    It might affect oneclick customers that use Exoscale Cloud Infrastructure in datacenter CH-GVA-2 (Geneva) packages.

    Exoscale Maintenance Information:

    As part of our ongoing commitment to improve our core network architecture on a global scale, we are implementing significant changes to our networking infrastructure in CH-GVA-2.

    We don’t expect this intervention to have any impact on operations and services, however a TCP session reset could be seen on the ongoing connections a couple of times.

    Please be assured that we will provide regular updates on the progress of this deployment. Your satisfaction and uninterrupted service remains our top priority.

    In a data centre where a oneclick™ service is running, an incompatibility problem occurred after an update. The problem was identified and resolved. The service is now running stable again.

    Dear customers, Exoscale is planning for a scheduled maintenance during that time.

    In that time the following services within our API to Exoscale might be affected:

    • 3pm - 9.30pm (UTC+2): Snapshots will not work

    • 9pm - 10pm (UTC+2): The compute API will not work

    oneclick customers that have connected their Exoscale subscriptions to their oneclick tenant as a connection will not be able to fully use the integrated functionality of the Exoscale API.

    Between 9 - 10pm the synchronisation of the connection and devices as well as event profiles will not work properly.

    Exoscale is planning a maintenance of the network architecture in datacenter DE-MUC-1 (Munich).

    Customers that use VMs with elastic IPs in that datacenter may experience TCP reconnects during that time.
